As a Revenue Systems Owner at Teamtailor, you will lead the strategic management and optimization of our sales and customer success technology stack. You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and driving seamless customer interactions across all touch-points. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll translate business objectives into actionable technology solutions that elevate our customer journey and support revenue growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with Head of Revenue Operations to execute on Teamtailor’s global revenue operations strategy. 💰
- Design and improve Teamtailor’s complete revenue tech stack & architecture, including Salesforce, Salesloft, Jiminny, prospecting tools, marketing automation 📊
- Build and refine automations and processes throughout the customer lifecycle, from prospecting, sales process, customer success and support. 👷♀️
- Build and manage data flows to synchronize revenue-related data across systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility 🎮
- Ensure high adoption and satisfaction among our users in our revenue teams. 👫
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all systems.
- Contribute to the development of a RevOps roadmap and strategic initiatives to optimize revenue processes.
- Procure and manage revenue systems, and ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding of revenue teams users 🤑
What You’ll Bring:
- A minimum of 5years in a technology heavy role within a commercial organization🗃️
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel/Sheets and experience with BI tools.
- Proficiency with RevOps tools. 💻
- Proven track record of implementing and managing revenue systems in a global environment, preferably within B2B SaaS.
- Deep technical skills of revenue systems with a strong understanding how to integrate and utilize a variety of tools to make people and teams as efficient as possible.
- Project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- A keen interest in AI and how it can transform the way you interact with your customers.
- Product-ownership mindset.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in an international business setting.
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics and revenue models.
- Skills in SQL or other data querying tools.
